BEREC guidelines

A significant part of BREKO's regulatory work deals with the guidelines, recommendations, opinions and other legislation of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). The body, based in Lithuania, ensures the consistent application of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services and supports the improvement and development of the European Digital Single Market. As part of its regulatory work, BREKO is in close contact with the relevant BEREC decision-makers and participates extensively in the public consultation processes relevant to the fibre sector.
